            <title>Automatic Optical Inspection Capability Added to Production Process</title>
            <description>Durham, Connecticut - November 2006 - Technical Manufacturing Corporation announced this month that it has added automatic optical inspection to its production process for printed circuit board assemblies. The Mirtec MV-2HT AOI machine provides the ability to automatically inspect printed circuit
board assemblies for component presence, absence, orientation, registration and value after population
and reflow or wave soldering. The machine will also automatically inspects component solder connections including fillet inspection and bridge detection. It is equipped with the optional high resolution telecentric camera which is supported by three different LED-based light sources including horizontal, vertical and coaxial to allow for accurate inspection of the most fine-pitch components available.</description>
